Grilled Marinated Steak Tips marinated with soy, ginger, brown sugar, garlic and spices, grilled to your liking and served with rice pilaf and tonight's vegetable.

Baked Chatham Scrod topped with buttered crumbs, served with rice and tonight's vegetable.

Seafood Casserole... shrimp, scallops and Chatham scrod in a white wine herb butter, topped with Ritz cracker crumbs then baked, served with wild rice pilaf and vegetable of the day.

Chicken Florentine sauteed chicken with garlic, shallots and tomatoes tossed with a spinach cream sauce, served with wild rice pilaf and vegetable of the day.

Scallop Scampi sauteed scallops with a white wine garlic butter sauce, tossed with linguini.
